Yoga

I have been practising yoga for over 10 years, many different styles with no one teacher or tradition. I like the exploration in different forms, from Iyengar to Ashtanga, Rocket to Yin. I mainly teach a Vinyasa style class, with an emphasis on breath, rhythm and clarity. I have a daily practice which I love and it provides a wonderful exploration ground for trying ideas out for students and my own progression, incorporating ideas for all sorts of areas of study as I learn then.

I have over 500 hours of yoga training, with Imir Frazer, Jason Crandell, Marcus Veda, Christian De Giorgio amongst others. My classes are focused around getting moving, exploring shapes and forms, as well as being rooted in a logical anatomical progression and balance.

Private Classes

This can be 1:1 or small group up to 3 people.

Private classes are an excellent way to study yoga, the sequence is tailored to you and is very flexible to develop your skills and work with any restrictions or specific areas you may want to target. The session is in your own space (or studio) and the experience is personal and direct. It provides the opportunity to explore different branches of yoga and movement, from pranayama to pressing into handstand.

Maybe you’re working with an injury or not getting enough from studio classes, maybe you want to explore a certain group of movements or learn specific skills.

I teach private classes at your home or in a studio.

Prices are £50 for 60 minutes (+ studio fee of £15 if at a studio)
